Greek Letters
Greek Letters uses collected and constructed symbols to establish a timeline of hurricane related events. When a very active hurricane season occurs and the list maintained by the World Meteorological Organization is exhausted, the Greek alphabet is used. This has only happened twice: 2005 and 2020.
